2. Is Free Shipping over $50 really free?

Yes, Free Shipping is absolutely free as long as you meet the $50.00 order minimum requirement (before shipping and sales tax) and ship to an address within continental United States. We offer this incentive because we want to keep our customers happy.

3. What if my order is under $50, how much is shipping then?

We price shipping charges based on your order total (excluding taxes). The breakdown is as follows:

Exception: Free shipping does NOT apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or U.S. Territories

4. How quickly will my order get shipped?

We try to process all orders within 24 hours. In most cases, we process orders the same day they are placed and ship them within 1-2 days.

5. Do you ship outside of the United States?

Not yet. We are working hard to be able to ship internationally but unfortunately we do not currently ship outside of the United States.
